Dear Bair Middle School Families,

Welcome to another incredible school year! I’m beyond excited to greet our students, staff, and families as we launch into a dynamic new chapter under this year’s theme: “Destination Excellence!” This theme speaks not only to our commitment to academic achievement but also to the journey we’ll take together to help every student reach their fullest potential.

Here at Bair Middle, the Magnificent Montessori and Cambridge Magnet School of Excellence, excellence isn’t just a goal—it’s our destination.

Our mission is to challenge and inspire students academically through a stimulating, rigorous curriculum—one designed to spark curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and build 21st-century skills through technology-infused, project-based learning experiences.

Just as important as academic rigor, we are deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to succeed. We believe that when students know they are cared for, there is no limit to what they can achieve.
