Attendance Counts All Day Every Day
Regular student attendance is important for student learning and progress throughout the school year. The state's financial support for schools is also directly linked to student attendance. Absenteeism hurts our students and hurts our schools. When students are absent they miss out on learning opportunities, can fall behind academically and our schools lose funding. To ensure our attendance records are counted for maximum state funding this school year, please ensure your child attends school each day October 12 -16, 2015. If you have any questions please contact our school’s Guidance department at 754-322-2900.

Through the years we have helped many families and with your continued help we would like to help even more families. This year Bair, along with our local elementary, middle and high schools, are collecting different "wish list" items so that when combined we have a well-rounded supply of goods for the families.
If you would like to help us help those in need, please send the following "wish list" items for our families in need. Wish List: Laundry Detergent, Canned Gravy (any flavor), Shampoo and Conditioner.

Before and After Care Survey Update
Based upon the survey results, Bair will not be able to provide a before and/or after care program this school year as it would not be financially sustainable.
Parents in need of before and/or after care are encouraged to investigate local businesses that provide before and after care for a fee.
If parents indicate that they are still interested in investigating before and/or after care to be housed at Bair for next school year, then the school will conduct a second survey at the end of the year to see if it would be financially sustainable to do so at that time. Please contact Christine Clock at 754-322-2928 if you have any questions.
